Pesola CRE was founded on a simple principle: commercial real estate transactions succeed when backed by genuine operational expertise, entrepreneurial perspective, and unwavering commitment to client outcomes.
Nick Pesola didn't just study business—he built one from the ground up. As founder of Pesola Hospitality Group, he transformed a pop-up food concept at Findlay Market into an award-winning restaurant group with three successful concepts across Greater Cincinnati.
This real-world operational experience informs everything we do: we understand profit margins, site selection criteria, lease economics, tenant build-out requirements, and the countless operational factors that determine business success within commercial space.
Originally from Chicago, Nick earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Spanish at the University of Dayton. His blend of creativity, tenacity, and detail-oriented approach sets him apart in Cincinnati's commercial real estate community.
