David Morales brings a rare combination of operational experience and brokerage expertise to Pesola CRE. Before transitioning to commercial real estate, David spent seven years as a restaurant operator in Cincinnati's vibrant Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.

That firsthand experience running a business — managing leases, negotiating with landlords, understanding the impact of location on foot traffic and revenue — gives David an operator's perspective that most brokers simply don't have.
