David Morales brings a rare combination of operational experience and brokerage expertise to Pesola CRE. Before transitioning to commercial real estate, David spent seven years as a restaurant operator in Cincinnati's vibrant Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.

That firsthand experience running a business — managing leases, negotiating with landlords, understanding the impact of location on foot traffic and revenue — gives David an operator's perspective that most brokers simply don't have. He knows what a 3% rent escalation clause actually means for a small business's bottom line.

Since joining Pesola CRE, David has quickly established himself as the go-to specialist for retail and restaurant leasing in the Cincinnati metro area. He works with both landlords seeking quality tenants and operators searching for the perfect space to launch or expand their concepts.

A graduate of Xavier University with a degree in Entrepreneurship, David is deeply connected to Cincinnati's food and beverage community. His relationships with local operators, developers, and landlords give him an unmatched network for matching the right tenant with the right space.
